Did you know that ticket sales only account for 24% of our income?
Market Street Music presents a wide variety of concerts and musical experiences throughout the year. The vast majority of concerts we present have free admission, and we strive to keep prices for ticketed events affordable for all.
To help us achieve all this, we rely on donations from the community. Our lead sponsor is First & Central Presbyterian Church, and we are supported as well by the Delaware Division of the Arts,* the Maurice Amado Foundation, Paul M. Angell Family Foundation, and PNC Arts Alive.
Our primary source of income, however, comes from the Friends of Market Street Music, a loyal group of supporters, who help to underwrite our programs.
