Ajibola Rivers is a cellist and composer based in the Philadelphia area. Following the example of J.S. Bach three centuries prior, from 2016 to 2023 he composed Six Suites for Solo Cello. This collection of music is a fusion between Baroque Counterpoint and jazz. Rivers will perform a number of selections from his cello suites.
